Everything we publish — the blog, the pages on redheroz.com, the emails we send, and the course "The Unshakeable Mind" on learn.redheroz.com — is educational and informational only.
It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic or mental-health advice, and it is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or care of any kind. The course is practical and secular. It teaches ideas from Stoic philosophy and from literature, applied to everyday stress, anger, fear and setbacks. It is not therapy, and it guarantees no outcomes.
No doctor-patient, therapist-client, coaching or other professional relationship is created by reading this site, buying a course, or emailing us.
Nothing here is a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or care by a licensed professional. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read, watch or hear here.

What the course is, precisely
"The Unshakeable Mind" is a pre-recorded, self-paced course. Every student sees the same four modules, the same twenty lessons, the same quizzes and the same downloadable capstone plan. Nothing in it is written for you, adapted to you, or changed in response to anything you tell us.
- We do not assess, diagnose or treat anyone.
- We do not give clinical opinions on your quiz answers, your progress or your capstone plan, and we are not qualified to.
- The completion certificate records that you finished the course. It is not a professional credential, a qualification, or evidence of any competence beyond having completed the material.
- If you email hello@redheroz.com with a question about the course, we will answer as the people who made it — not as your clinician, counsellor or coach.
If you are being treated for a mental-health condition, or you think you might need to be, the right person to talk to about this course is the professional treating you. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
No other professional advice
We are not lawyers, accountants, financial advisers or business consultants, and nothing on either site is legal, financial, tax or business advice. If you need advice of that kind, get it from someone licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.
Results
Any result described anywhere on our sites, in the course, or in our emails is a description, not a promise. What you get out of a philosophy course depends on you, your circumstances and things neither of us controls. As our own sales page puts it: no, this will not guarantee you hit your goal, and be wary of anyone who promises that.

The blog and external links
Blog posts reflect the author's views at the time of writing. We do not routinely go back and update them as the world, the research or our own thinking changes. Treat a dated post as a dated post.
Where we link to another website, book, service or video, that link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, we do not vet their content or their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Their terms and their privacy policies apply once you leave us.
Sources and attribution
The course draws on themes from two sources, and it is worth being clear about both.

References to their works are for commentary, criticism and teaching only. Where we quote, discuss or interpret another author's work, the interpretation is ours and the words are theirs.
How this fits with our other documents
This disclaimer sits alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Where those documents deal with the same subject, read them together rather than in isolation — none of them narrows a promise made on our sales pages.
