- Sit tall with a straight spine.
- Place your hand on your lower belly.
- Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds, expanding your belly.
- Imagine energy rising up your spine into the brain.
- Hold for 4 seconds.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8 seconds.
- Repeat for 5–10 minutes.
