The first 20 minutes of your day set the tone for everything that follows. Morning Power Priming combines movement, mindset, and intention to launch you into your highest state before the world pulls at your energy.

The Core Technique

This is a three-part ritual: energize your body, center your mind, and set a clear intention for the day.

Step-by-Step

  1. Energize – Do 2–3 minutes of dynamic movement (push-ups, squats, jumping jacks) to activate your body.
  2. Center – Sit or stand tall. Take 10 deep breaths from the lower abdomen, imagining energy rising into your mind.
  3. Intend – Speak your daily intention out loud: "Today, I am [confident, focused, unshakable]."
  4. Visualize – Spend 1–2 minutes seeing yourself succeeding in your top 3 priorities for the day.
